DRIVE WITH A COMPANY THAT RESPECTS THE JOB
At Young’s Commercial Transfer, tradition means something—but so does professionalism. When you join our team, you’re not just filling a seat. You’re joining a company that respects drivers, values experience, and understands what it takes to do this job right.
Our drivers are treated like professionals because that’s what they are. We’re family-owned, driver-focused, and built on a reputation that’s been earned over generations. When you wear the Young’s name, your skill and judgment matter.
Behind the wheel of a Young’s truck, you’ll earn top industry pay in either seasonal or year-round positions, with home-daily routes in most locations. Our drivers haul a wide range of agricultural commodities—including tomatoes, citrus, onions, garlic, carrots, pistachios, almonds, and livestock feed—from field to processing facilities across California.
This isn’t easy work—and we don’t pretend it is. Truck driving takes focus, discipline, and grit. Our drivers rise to that challenge every day, helping keep food on tables across the country while still getting home to their families at night.
We’re hiring Class A CDL drivers to run routes throughout California, with strong support, reliable equipment, and work that matters.
